Worst experience ever!

"I ordered this fingerprint ring for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Sent in the print, no one ever sent me a proof of the print to approve. I received the ring weeks later. When I opened the box I thought it was a joke. I contacted Larson and asked to speak to a manager and they said he would call me at his first possible convenience, which was never. They told me to send it back at my expense and insure it. They sent it to me first class mail! They also said I may not get all of my money back. Still waiting for a refund. The picture above shows what the ring should look like. I am posting what they sent me. My receipt was stamped by quality control 3 times. I still haven't gotten a response or refund from Larson Jewelers!"

"My husband loves it too! As far as we can see it's a perfect match to my fingerprint. I used my left ring finger :) The concave shape .....could not be any better! Not only is this ring unique, but it beats out the normal shape rings! I love the engraving inside, but I do wish it would have been larger wrapping around the inside of the ring.
